Your responsibilities:
- Deliver resource programming to K-5 students needing specialized intervention in academic skills and executive functioning
- Support students access to grade-level curriculum through accommodations and modifications
- Create, monitor, and track progress toward individualized IEP goals
- Provide both push-in and pull-out support models throughout the instructional day
- Collaborate in developing lesson plans alongside general education teachers
- Communicate and consult with families, administrators, and related service providers
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture, ensuring every childs needs are addressed
