Your responsibilities:

• Deliver resource programming to K-5 students needing specialized intervention in academic skills and executive functioning
• Support students access to grade-level curriculum through accommodations and modifications
• Create, monitor, and track progress toward individualized IEP goals
• Provide both push-in and pull-out support models throughout the instructional day
• Collaborate in developing lesson plans alongside general education teachers
• Communicate and consult with families, administrators, and related service providers
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture, ensuring every childs needs are addressed
