Qualifications:
- Valid LBS1 Teacher Certification required.
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution is a must.
- 1-5 years of teaching experience in a special education setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Passion for advocating for students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instruction to students with varying abilities in grades K-8.
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with support teams.
- Adapt curriculum and materials as needed to meet individual learning goals.
- Track student progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
- Foster a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Engage proactively with parents, related service providers, and school leaders.

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
