This full-time Special Education Teacher position is based onsite at an elementary school in Chimayo, NM. The role focuses on delivering pull-out and inclusion services in a supportive learning environment under a W-2 contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized instruction that aligns with students IEP goals.
• Establish and maintain a structured, positive classroom environment promoting both academic and behavioral success.
• Apply evidence-based instructional techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation per state and federal regulations.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education.
• Active New Mexico Special Education Teacher certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
