Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification applicable to PK-12 settings

• Proficiency in developing and executing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability to different age groups or educational settings
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized instructional plans and modifications
• Instruct students using evidence-based strategies adapted for various disabilities
