You'll be working onsite at a middle school, delivering both co-taught and independent instructional classes. Fully credentialed educators who hold LBS1 certification are highly encouraged to apply. This full-time position follows standard school hours, Monday to Friday, supporting a caseload of exceptional learners and contributing to a vibrant, supportive environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification with LBS1 endorsement required
• Previous experience working in a co-teaching setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and engagement
• Capability to develop, adapt, and implement instructional materials accommodating a range of learning abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructional support to students in both co-teach and independent class settings
• Work closely with general education teachers to adapt curricula and instructional plans
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports differentiated instruction
• Develop and maintain IEPs, progress reports, and related documentation in compliance with state/federal requirements
• Employ effective classroom management techniques
• Partner with families, staff, and support personnel to ensure each student's success
