Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current LBS1 endorsement required for consideration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in self-contained classrooms
  • Instruct and support students with diverse learning profiles, pacing lessons to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families to promote a positive and productive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress, document goals, and adjust approaches to enhance learning outcomes
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom culture for students with varying abilities
