Qualifications:

• Active LBS1 endorsement is required
• Previous experience in self-contained educational settings strongly preferred

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily instruction to students in a self-contained classroom setting
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student needs
• Utilize varied instructional approaches to ensure access to learning for all students
• Collect data on student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including support staff, related services, and family members
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
