Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Massachusetts Special Education License required
• Experience teaching or supporting students with mild to moderate and/or intensive needs (preferred)
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong classroom management and adaptive teaching skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff, related service providers, and families
• Dedication to promoting student independence and success

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans and individualized instructional strategies
• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications in accordance with student IEPs
• Employ evidence-based interventions and data-driven instructional decision-making
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages growth, respect, and engagement
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with staff and families regarding student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
