Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold an active North Carolina Special Education Teaching License

• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, progress tracking, and IEP development
• Ability to foster an encouraging, safe, and inclusive classroom culture

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to each students unique abilities and IEP goals
• Adapt lesson plans and classroom materials to accommodate various learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and participate in regular meetings regarding student development
• Create a positive, structured learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic success
