Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold an active North Carolina Special Education Teaching License
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in an educational or special education setting

- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, progress tracking, and IEP development
- Ability to foster an encouraging, safe, and inclusive classroom culture
What You'll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to each students unique abilities and IEP goals
- Adapt lesson plans and classroom materials to accommodate various learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and participate in regular meetings regarding student development
- Create a positive, structured learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic success
