Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid South Carolina Special Education License required
• Experience across all grade levels welcome
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Preferred: Previous experience supporting students with behavioral challenges
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective, individualized instruction for students with diverse needs
• Maintain accurate caseload documentation and timely progress reports
• Liaise with families, staff, and specialists to maximize student achievement
• Employ evidence-based strategies for managing behaviors and promoting positive outcomes
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and ongoing student evaluations
