Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Special Education Teaching License for Idaho required
- Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher

- Familiarity with Life Skills curriculum is highly valued
- Strong communication skills to partner with families, fellow educators, and support staff
- Organized, patient, and dedicated to fostering student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying needs in a Life Skills classroom
- Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring all learning goals and accommodations are met
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that maximizes student learning and independence
- Engage with parents and guardians to encourage continued progress at home and in the community
