Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying needs in a Life Skills classroom
  • Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring all learning goals and accommodations are met
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers and related service providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that maximizes student learning and independence
  • Engage with parents and guardians to encourage continued progress at home and in the community
