Essential Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina EC (Exceptional Children) Teaching Certification is required.
- Previous classroom experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred.
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging instruction and accommodations in both one-on-one and group settings for elementary and middle school students.
- Assess, track, and document student progress, adapting plans as needed to ensure successful educational outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success.
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development.
- Support student social, behavioral, and academic growth while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
