Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Valid Delaware Special Education Teacher Certification is required.
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, organization, and leadership.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and lead IEP meetings, collaborating seamlessly with parents, students, teachers, and IEP teams.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IEPs, with a focus on compliance and advocating for student needs.
  • Background in providing leadership and coordination for special education services and supporting special education staff.

Key Responsibilities
