Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License required
- Previous experience with K-12 students preferred, but all motivated educators are encouraged to apply
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs
- Collaborative spirit to work with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual IEP goals
- Create engaging, inclusive lesson plans that accommodate varying learning styles
- Progress monitor and document student achievement and growth
- Foster a supportive and structured classroom environment
- Provide advocacy and guidance for students with learning, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
