Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education (required)

- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to support achievement and growth
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and counselors to integrate supports and ensure student success
- Communicate student progress and challenges with parents and guardians, offering resources and guidance
- Maintain a structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
