Key Qualifications:

• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to support achievement and growth
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and counselors to integrate supports and ensure student success
• Communicate student progress and challenges with parents and guardians, offering resources and guidance
• Maintain a structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
