Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs across various grade levels
- Knowledge of IEP processes, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Strong classroom management skills with a proactive, compassionate approach
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and evidence-based practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs and goals

- Track student progress, collect data, and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
