Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License
- Moderate Disabilities License (required)
- Experience working with elementary-age children, particularly K-3
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to partner effectively with staff and families
- Commitment to individualized instruction and differentiated learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver specialized instruction for students with moderate disabilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to provide inclusive, holistic support
- Monitor student progress, adjust instructional methods, and maintain accurate documentation
