This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students with diverse learning needs in a school setting located in Methuen, MA. The position involves working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week, delivering specialized instruction and support to students across multiple grade levels. Seven openings are available with a range of roles, including high school inclusion, sub separate autism programs, and resource room assignments in lower and upper school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction tailored to each student's unique learning goals within a special education framework.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and academic growth.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with families, staff, and administration.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) teaching license is required.
• Experience working with K-12 students in various special education settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, behavioral interventions, and inclusion practices.
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and collaboration.
