What we're seeking:
- Minnesota Special Education Teaching License, Tier 3 or Tier 4 required
- Experience working with K-12 students with varying abilities
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Adaptability and commitment to collaborative team teaching
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Designing, adapting, and delivering instructional materials to meet individual learning plans
- Developing and managing IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Employing evidence-based instructional strategies tailored for each students unique needs
- Tracking student progress and maintaining detailed records, adjusting approaches as needed
