This opportunity seeks a Special Education Director with a strong background in Minnesota Special Education compliance and an ability to lead effectively within a school setting. This full-time, contract-to-hire role will begin in the 2026-2027 school year, based in Burnsville, MN.
Responsibilities include coordinating with a consulting company to ensure compliance, providing training and support to teachers, and collaborating closely with school administration. The role involves managing a significant amount of paperwork related to special education mandates and policies. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree and hold either a Special Education license or an Administrator certification. Expertise in Minnesota Special Education regulations is essential, as is the ability to guide and assist educators unfamiliar with specific compliance requirements.
