This full-time opportunity offers positions for Special Education Teachers across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels in the St. Paul, MN area. Deliver instruction, foster an inclusive classroom environment, and provide targeted support for a small group of students in a collaborative educational setting.
What Were Looking For:
- Current Minnesota teaching license for Special Education
- At least one year of experience teaching special education
- Ability to work with students at elementary, middle school, or high school level
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Dedicated, flexible, and passionate about empowering students with special needs
What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction in compliance with students IEPs
- Manage a caseload of approximately 8 students, supporting both academic and behavioral growth
- Develop lesson plans and modify curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Uphold a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom culture

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $39.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
