Job Description
A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available in St. Paul, MN, focusing on serving students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This role requires a dedicated educator with an active Minnesota teaching license and at least one year of experience in special education.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in special education
- Ability to work with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Capable of managing a caseload of approximately 8 students
Location:
- St. Paul, Minnesota
Role Details:
- Contract position
- 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
- Support students with individualized education plans in a full-time capacity
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support personnel to enhance student outcomes
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
