Required Qualifications:
- Valid DESE license in Moderate or Severe Special Needs (required)
- Experience working with high school students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong skills in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and crisis intervention
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom climate
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to high school students in line with IEP goals and Massachusetts standards
- Utilize positive behavioral supports and data-driven strategies to support student growth
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized educational plans
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, counselors, and families for student success
- Adapt curriculum materials and assessments to meet diverse learning needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-based initiatives

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
