Tailored flexibility is available, with the option for 3-hour or full 7.5-hour days, Monday through Friday, to match your schedule and the students needs.

Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters in Education.
- Possession of a valid New York State teaching certificate in Special Education.
- SPED certification suitable for 2nd grade or a comprehensive (all grades) certification.
- Fulfills all district and state-specific requirements for professional licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized lesson plans and direct instruction to a 2nd-grade student in a 1:1 setting.
- Use adaptive teaching methods to address learning challenges and celebrate achievements.
- Monitor progress, communicate regularly with staff and parents, and adjust approaches as needed.
- Participate as a constructive member of the schools educational team, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
