Exciting opportunity available for a Special Education Teacher to support students at a dynamic K-8 charter school! Immediate need for an enthusiastic Intervention Specialist to be on-site, making a direct impact in the Cleveland area. This role places you in a creative and inclusive setting focused on the arts and social sciences, working closely with a single campus and caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License is required
• Special Education teaching experience, preferably with K-8 students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Skilled in delivering differentiated instruction and managing IEP processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction according to IEPs
• Develop accommodations and modifications to support student success
• Coordinate with support staff and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Provide progress updates to families and participate in parent meetings
• Engage in school-wide professional development and training opportunities
