A special education teacher position is available at a school in Brookline, MA. This contract role offers the opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students abilities and goals.
• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Valid special education teaching certification.

• Excellent communication skills, both with students and within multidisciplinary teams.
