Key Qualifications:

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and aides to provide a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Track progress, assess student needs, and adjust teaching strategies to promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
  • Maintain organized documentation and participate in team meetings and IEP reviews
  • Support transitions and daily routines, ensuring students safety and empowerment
