Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (State of Ohio or eligibility)
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Proven ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with learning differences in accordance with IEPs

• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development trainings
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
• Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to nurture student growth
