Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Active, valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with diverse learners, preferably in a school setting

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and foster an inclusive learning environment
• Excellent organizational and classroom management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction and interventions in both small group and one-on-one settings
• Monitor student progress, document achievements, and adjust approaches as needed
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
