Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher license
• Current Orton Gillingham credential
• Experience working with middle or high school-aged students preferred
• Proven ability to deliver individualized instruction and support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 direct reading and academic intervention for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized instruction based on IEPs and assessment data
• Collaborate with school staff, intervention teams, and families to ensure student growth
• Track progress, maintain clear records, and adjust strategies as needed
• Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged and empowered
