Supporting students with autism in a dynamic setting, youll collaborate with a robust, multidisciplinary teamincluding paraeducators, BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, and Psych/SW professionalsat a school near Boulder, CO. Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or eligibility/in-process (must be able to present upon application)
• Minimum two years of classroom experience with behaviorally challenged students with autism
• Demonstrated flexibility and strong team collaboration skills
• Readiness to complete an onsite interview and school tour promptly

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage classroom activities for 11 students with autism, with support from five full-time paraeducators
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Employ evidence-based instructional practices to foster academic, behavioral, and social growth
• Work closely with a team of experts, including behavior analysts and therapeutic professionals, to support student development
• Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with support staff and families

This position is available onsite only, with hours totaling 37.5 per week (35 payable; 2.5 hours unpaid lunch). The contract runs through May 21, 2027, giving you opportunity for lasting impact and professional development.
