Desired Qualifications:
- Masters in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Special Education Teacher Certification for Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain licensure)
- at least 3 years of experience supporting k-12 school students
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, parents and paraprofessionals
Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction in a k-12 setting
- Manage a caseload of 12 - 20 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and related professionals

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
