Desired Qualifications:

• Masters in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Special Education Teacher Certification for Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain licensure) 
• at least 3 years of experience supporting k-12 school students
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, parents and paraprofessionals

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction in a k-12 setting
• Manage a caseload of 12 - 20 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and related professionals

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
