An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher in Boston, Massachusetts, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time role offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek across five days, providing a structured schedule for delivering high-quality, individualized instruction.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) teaching license
- Experience working with K12 students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and differentiated instruction strategies
Location:
- Boston, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized instructional plans aligned with students IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to support inclusion and student success
- Create and manage a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages learning and growth
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
