Skills and Experience Desired:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (state-specific or reciprocal certification required)
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills working with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to accommodate various learning styles and challenges
• A positive, flexible attitude towards evolving classroom dynamics
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred, but not required
