Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education (current or eligible in Massachusetts)

  • Positive communicator who collaborates effectively with general education staff, families, and service providers
  • Creative problem-solver with adaptable teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students unique needs and goals
  • Deliver engaging instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings using evidence-based practices

  • Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate updates to parents and team members
  • Collaborate with related service providers, administrators, and other educators to ensure student success
