Key Qualifications:
- Certified or eligible for certification as a Special Education Teacher

- Proficient in progress monitoring and data-driven instruction

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with various disabilities in accordance with their IEPs
- Adapt general education lessons to meet students unique needs and learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining thorough documentation
- Work closely with related service providers, therapists, and paraprofessionals to ensure comprehensive student support
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student performance and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports social-emotional and academic growth
