As a Special Education Teacher, you will deliver tailored instruction and interventions, focusing on students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work onsite, contributing to a collaborative environment where every childs growth and well-being is prioritized.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Professional Educator's License (PEL) through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
- Experience or strong interest in working with students on the autism spectrum
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, accessible learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction to meet each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and therapy providers
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Support families and caregivers with resources and regular communication
