Seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for full-time, in-person contract roles supporting K12 students throughout the upcoming academic year. These positions, located near Bethlehem, PA, offer the chance to make a meaningful impact working with students who benefit from individualized instruction and support. The assignment is slated to run from August 2026 through June 2027 (tentative), providing the opportunity to engage with learners across all grade levels and collaborate with a team of passionate educators. Four openings are available.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania teaching license and current PA PDE Certification required
• Prior experience working in special education settings within a school environment
• Proficiency in participating in development, preparation, and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to foster inclusive learning, manage diverse classrooms, and adapt instruction to meet unique student needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction and support to students with varying abilities across K12 caseloads
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and implement IEPs
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to parents and staff
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment focused on student growth
• Participate actively in school-wide special education initiatives, professional development, and team meetings
