Desired Qualifications:

  • Current state certification in Special Education (appropriate grade level)
  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Experience working with students with a range of disabilities
  • Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to support inclusion
  • Collect and assess student data to track progress and inform instruction
  • Communicate regularly with families, sharing updates and strategies for student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and team planning
