An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs in a school setting in Berlin, CT. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student abilities and state guidelines
- Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet varied learning styles and needs

- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting plans as appropriate

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working with students with disabilities in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of federal and state special education laws and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work cooperatively with diverse teams and families
- Ability to differentiate instruction and employ a variety of teaching strategies
