Required Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Special Education License
- Moderate Disabilities license
- Previous experience preferred with K-3 students, but passionate new graduates are welcomed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Special Education Teacher for elementary-age students (K-3), supporting a caseload of 10-12 students
- Design and implement individualized education plans
- Track and document student progress
