What You'll Need:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License
- Moderate Disabilities License (required)
- Experience with K-3rd grade students (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide differentiated instruction and support for a caseload of 10-12 students with moderate special needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, therapists, and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
