• Lead and coordinate IEP meetings, creating and updating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure appropriate support is in place.
• Collaborate with a team of educators, staff, and families to maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to maximize learning opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely student records in compliance with school and district policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Special Education from the state of Indiana.
• Demonstrated experience working within a school setting, preferably in roles supporting students with specialized needs.
• Availability to work on-site in the Indianapolis, IN area.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
