Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs
• Deliver differentiated instruction in a resourceful, student-centered classroom
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families to promote student success
• Participate in professional development and required team meetings (paid time allotted)
• Adapt programming based on student data, best practices, and multidisciplinary input
