Spark meaningful change in students lives as an in-person Special Educator for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to support a vibrant educational community with several openings for passionate educators focused on inclusion, skill-building, and student advocacy. These contract roles are based on-site and commit to fostering student success across middle and high school levels.
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering engaging, individualized instruction for students with diverse learning needs
- Developing and implementing effective IEPs in compliance with state regulations
- Providing direct services and case management, with some positions partnered alongside an experienced remote Case Coordinator
- Collaborating closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to best serve each students unique needs
- Maintaining detailed documentation and ongoing progress monitoring
- Using innovative strategies to enhance student outcomes and participation
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid state-issued Special Education teaching credentials (current and in good standing)
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students in a special education setting
- Demonstrated skills in IEP development, implementation, and case management
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to on-site instructionremote options are not available for these openings

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $43.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
