Essential Qualifications:

• Fully credentialed to teach Special Education per state requirements
• Proven classroom experience working with students of varying needs
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about in-person teaching (remote options are not available)
• Adaptable; open to discussing caseload needs and classroom assignments in the interview process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work within a team environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct instruction and specialized support tailored to each students unique abilities
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and related service providers
• Create a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
