Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Special Education Certification required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals
• Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to support diverse learners
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers

• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
• Advocate for students needs and participate in IEP meetings
