Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working onsite as a Structured Classroom Teacher for grades K-2, focused on delivering quality special education services for the 2026-2027 academic year. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IEP caseloads, maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations
  • Develop and implement a full continuum of services tailored to each students needs
  • Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and create a supportive classroom environment
  • Keep thorough and accurate student records
  • Consult and participate in the RtI (Response to Intervention) process
  • Communicate regularly and proactively with parents and guardians to foster collaboration
  • Provide behavior management support and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Work closely with staff to implement accommodations and modifications
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning space
  • Take on other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience with structured classrooms and early elementary grades (K-2) preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
