We are seeking engaging, compassionate professionals to fill two roles for the 2026-2027 school year, shaping young minds and making a lasting impact in the classroom.

Role Highlights:

• Two full-time Special Education Teacher positions available
• One opportunity focuses on early childhood (PreK, age group: Early Childhood), caseload of 10-20 students, 40 hours per week, schedule: 7:30am3:30pm, across multiple district sites depending on your expertise
• The second position serves middle school students (6th8th grade, ages 1014), caseload of 22 students, 40 hours per week, schedule: 8:00am4:00pm, primarily at a single middle school
• Opportunities primarily in-person, with limited virtual option for the middle school opening
• Start and end dates: August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (State of Colorado, or eligibility for certification)
• Experience working with PreK or middle school populations preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites as needed
• Passionate about fostering inclusion and growth for all learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with students IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, families, and administration
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Engage in professional development and actively contribute to a positive school culture
