What youll bring:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for early childhood/PreK
• Previous experience working with young children with diverse learning needs
• Strong understanding of individualized instruction, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Excellent collaboration skills to foster positive relationships with families and staff
• Compassion, creativity, and flexibility in adapting teaching strategies

What youll do:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction for early childhood special education students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating with parents, service providers, and administrators
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports growth and learning
• Track student progress, adapting interventions and supports as needed
• Provide guidance and support to classroom aides and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and classroom activities
