Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification

Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students unique learning challenges and strengths
• Develop, revise, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, specialists, and parents to ensure ongoing academic and behavioral support
• Conduct assessments to determine student progress and needs
• Provide direct support and interventions in small group or one-on-one settings
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and IEP documentation
• Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings
