Make a meaningful difference supporting high school students as a Special Education Case Manager/Teacher on a full-time contract basis for the 2026-2027 school year. Located onsite near Aurora, CO, youll play a key role in guiding students and collaborating with dedicated colleagues in a positive educational environment. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (required)
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager preferred
• Knowledge of IEP planning, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• A commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting diverse learners
• Ability to manage, document, and deliver a full caseload at the high school grade level

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and support in a high school setting
• Maintain and update student records, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Advocate for student success and help foster a supportive learning environment
