Job Description

This full-time, onsite position focuses on case management and specialized instruction, providing you the opportunity to grow professionally and change lives every day. As a Special Education Teacher, you will:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid Colorado Special Education (SPED) Certificate
  • Demonstrate experience as a Special Education Teacher or SPED Case Manager
  • Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills
  • Value flexibility, collaboration, and inclusivity in an educational environment
  • Have the capacity to adapt programming to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Provide direct instruction in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
